Perfect color

Cinza, beje, verde, azul, marrom, preto, roxo, rosa, vermelho....
Qual é a cor perfeita para um cachecol? Ou será uma cor para o verão e outra para o inverno? Me digam o que vocês acham!

Gray, beige, green, blue, brown, black, purple, pink, red...
What is the perfect color for a scarf? Or it would be a color for summer and another color for winter? Tell me what you think?

Difficult question!
I think a grey scarf can be perfect for summer and winter.
Beautiful yarn pictures!

Like Alice I think this is a very difficult question, but I think a scarf can be more appropriated for summer or winter, but sometimes it can be for both, depending the scarf and the ocasion.

They're all beautiful colors, so I'd have to qualify by season. Pink for spring, brown for fall, gray for winter?

Que tom de rosa lindo!

I can't answer that question. maybe that's the reason why I have so many scarves! I love pale pink though

hm, i think the light pink in the last picture is the perfect colour for a light summer/spring scarf, while the brownish colour in the pic above the pink is more for autumn, i think. the first three are very winter-y. (that's just my opinion ^^)

The beautiful watershed will be perfect all year round! In winter, it looks elegant and highlights our dark coats; while in spring, it is just poetic and fresh! They are beautiful xx

It's almost the shade of pastel but not quite, I do like those colors together it reminds me of candy. I'm sure your scarf will turn out beautiful like your other pieces, I can't wait till you share it.

Bjos!

These are so delicate!

If I really have to pick just one, then I'd go for the brown/tan (the one above pink). It's a lovely delicate and earthy colour that I could translate into any season. (I should probably also note that I am extremely biased towards earthy/chocolate-y/tan colours....)

I love the color blue. But if i bought a scarf, I'd want one that was distinctive. Baby blue is so... plain. I think I'd rather have a darker color. But but but, you KNOW so much more about this than I do. You are the artist, Carolina. Everything you make is beautiful. I'd trust you completely, whatever you make, whichever color you choose.

Hmm...I think the blue would make a very pretty scarf color.

Cate said...

maybe you could make not only scarves out of it, but also cardigans?

I love all those colors...they're so soft and light and warm looking... as for what colors for winter and summer I can't say...I think any of them would look good year round.

Romeika said...

Se fosse pra o inverno, eu escolheria um belo tom de vermelho pra combinar com um casaco preto, ou dessa paleta, um bege ou preto pra um casaco de tom vibrante. Todos os tons sao lindos!

It's so hot here. California is having a heat wave. There must be 100 fires still burning, so the air is all smoky too.
I don't feel like wearing a wool scarf tonight.
Maybe if you put it in the freezer for a bit? I'd curl up in frozen wool. Ahhh...
Soft frozen wool sounds so good right now.

Sharon S said...

I think a pale ice blue for summer and red for winter! thanks for stopping by my blog too!

Cate said...

did you already make something out of some of this wool? will you show us pictures of it?
